Well, I have totally failed at this. First, I tore the toenail off my big toe and haven't been able to walk, much less bike or do step aerobics. I have no idea why I would make that part of my goal with an injured foot. Still, that shouldn't have kept me from doing other exercise or at least keeping up with my vitamins. So I'm rebooting the reboot starting tomorrow.
Gee, I'm not a very good role model, am I? Oh well, I said you could start anytime, so I'm starting over. We all need do-overs now and then, right?
So the plan has changed.
- Take or use all my vitamins and supplements daily, no matter what
- Exercise daily. I'll do what I can aerobically and use my exercise bands until my toe heals enough to wear shoes.
- Drink at least 64 ozs. of water a day, preferably with lemon juice to alkalize my body
- Do a parasite cleanse
So there you are. I'd start today, but I have too much else to worry about today. I will take at least my major vitamins and drink my water but the exercise and parasite cleanse starts tomorrow.
